TERMS & CONDITIONS

By paying your booking deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel more than 14 days before your booking, any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking are non-refundable.
• If Slumber Adventures is forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Guest numbers may be increased (subject to availability).
• Reducing guest numbers within 7 days of your booking may not reduce the total price payable.
• Theme changes are subject to availability.

• Setup and collection times will be arranged before your event.
• An adult (18+) must be present during both delivery and collection.
• Please ensure clear and safe access to the property.

All equipment remains the property of Slumber Adventures.

Customers agree to:

• Keep equipment indoors at all times.
• Keep equipment away from pets, food, drinks and candles.
• Not allow smoking or vaping near the equipment.
• Not move equipment once it has been set up unless instructed.
• Supervise children while using the equipment.

Customers are responsible for any loss, excessive damage or theft of hired equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Charges may apply for:

• Permanent stains
• Broken or missing items
• Excessive cleaning
• Pet damage
• Water damage
• Makeup, fake tan, slime, paint, nail polish or permanent marker damage

Replacement costs will be charged where necessary.

Our teepees are designed for sleeping and quiet play only.

Children must not:

• Jump on mattresses.
• Climb on teepee frames.
• Hang from decorations or fairy lights.
• Use equipment in an unsafe manner.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

While all bedding is cleaned between hires, Slumber Adventures cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Please advise us of any allergies prior to your event.

We love sharing photos of our setups.

No identifiable photos of children will be shared without your permission.

If you do not wish your setup to be photographed, please let us know before your event.

Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional travel fee, which will be advised before your booking is confirmed.

Slumber Adventures will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, illness or government restrictions.

Slumber Adventures accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage resulting from misuse of the hired equipment.

Customers accept responsibility for ensuring the equipment is used safely and appropriately throughout the hire period.

By submitting a booking and paying your deposit, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• You have read the Packages & Pricing information on our website.
• You understand your responsibilities during the hire period.
